Our FinnJoist I-Beams are a prime example of engineered timber, with a high quality OSB web and flanges made of Kerto (LVL), factory produced in the UK. They deliver less dimensional change over time, virtually eradicating floor movement and its associated problems, resulting in greater floor performance.
I-Beam Joists have low and uniform moisture content, thereby avoiding the splitting, warping and twisting so common with solid timber joists. Our range also includes Kerto S LVL flanges, Kerto S LVL beams for stair trimmers and Kerto Q for Rim boards.
Our I-Beams are BBA approved and utilise European certified (P.E.F.C.) LVL, to ensure they meet sustainable forest requirements.
