The Assembled Fire Door Frame without Cill is expertly crafted from premium European Redwood that has undergone double Vac/Vac impregnation, ensuring exceptional quality and durability. Its sturdy mortice and tenon construction adds strength and stability to the frame, guaranteeing reliable performance in fire situations. The frames feature precisely rebated dimensions of 25mm x 47mm, designed to securely accommodate a 44mm fire door. This frame is also equipped with a 15mm x 4mm groove that accepts and comes fitted with a Smoke Seal, providing effective smoke containment. To further enhance fire safety, the frames are supplied with weatherseal. All timber used in the manufacturing process is Chain of Custody certified and responsibly sourced from well-managed forests.
