The Assembled Open-Out Fire Door Frame with Cill is expertly crafted from premium European Redwood that has been double Vac/Vac impregnated, ensuring exceptional quality and durability. All timber used in the manufacturing process is Chain of Custody certified, responsibly sourced from well-managed forests. Its sturdy mortice and tenon construction, along with precisely rebated dimensions of 25mm x 47mm, provides a secure fit for a 44mm fire door. Supplied with a 50mm x 150mm Hardwood Cill, this frame offers both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The frame features a 15mm x 4mm groove that accepts and comes supplied with a Smoke Seal, effectively containing smoke. This frame is also grooved to accept a PVC Waterbar (sold separately) for improved water resistance, and Weatherseal is included with the frame to provide further protection.
