Vibrant Blue
This year, interior trends have been moving towards bolder and brighter colours, so it’s no shock that electric blue is 2021’s next best thing. If you’re looking to brighten up a space, then look no further! While painting the whole room this colour can be a bold yet creative move, this vibrant tone works just as well as a feature wall or to create a piece of statement furniture.
You can see how beautifully paired a bold blue can be with other brightly coloured furniture such as yellow or pink.
Warm Neutrals
Recently, we have turned to warm neutrals and deep earthy palettes, such as milky and almond tones. These tones are more comforting and have been used to help to create a restful and grounding space in which you can relax. The lighter neutrals look good best with a matte or textured finish.

Warm Dark Hues
Best paired with warm neutrals and white colours for contrast, dark furniture adds richness to a room, so if you have an old piece of furniture in need of a revamp, this is your chance! As for wall paint, we are leaning towards warmer dark shades, such as reds and plums. These effortlessly create a luxurious and intimate space - perfect for a bedroom.
Green is the New Grey
After 2020’s lean towards nature and natural tones, we’re again inviting nature back into our homes this year through all sorts of shades of leafy green – from sage to olive to emerald. Bringing an atmosphere of tranquillity to your house, it is best paired with wooden accents and natural textures. Even better, these elegant shades suit all kinds of furniture as well as the walls themselves, so get creative!

Dulux Blush Pink
Subtle Pink
Experimenting with light pink tones isn't a new trend, but it's popularity is still roaring from the last few years. 2021 has seen this colour be paired with blacks, dark greens, greys and navy blues to add depth and character to the room. Without this contrast, brighter pink walls risk being too overwhelming, so ensure you carefully pair it with another colour. The room we recommend to paint pink is the bathroom, which will add a touch of elegance.
Friendly Yellow
Yellow is known as the happy colour for a reason – it instantly adds an air of ease and positivity to a space. The shade of yellow that people have tended to focus on this year has a darker, more mustard-like tone to welcome people into your home with.
