The Briton 378 Silver is an easy-to-install push bar panic exit device designed for use on single doors and double doors in combination with the Briton 376 panic bolt and double door strike. It satisfies both panic exit and emergency exit applications, making it a versatile option for a variety of public areas such as shops, schools, hospitals, and cinemas. With a rim panic latch featuring single-point latching and a tubular steel crossbar that can be cut to fit the width of the door on site, it is also site-reversible, making it easy to install and adjust. An anti-thrust device ensures unauthorised latch bolt retraction is prevented and it has been tested to exceed 200,000 cycles, ensuring durability and reliability. Suitable for use on fire and smoke doors ranging from 665mm to 1300mm wide, the Briton 378 Silver is an ideal solution for secure and safe emergency exits.
