Celotex CW4000 Cavity Insulation Board 450mm x 1200mm

Featuring a low emissivity foil facing, Celotex CW4000 is a polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board that offers outstanding thermal performance and is easy to install. It comes in a range of thicknesses, from 40mm to 100mm, making it a suitable choice for partial fill cavity wall applications. With a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K, the board provides excellent thermal performance, reducing the insulation thickness required to achieve the desired U-value. The low emissivity foil facing improves the thermal performance further, especially in sealed cavity air spaces, enhancing the achievable U-value. Due to their lightness and rigidity, Celotex CW4000 boards are easy to handle and transport, and their standard sizing fits wall tie spacing, making installation straightforward. The BBA has assessed Celotex CW4000 as fit for use in specific partial fill cavity wall applications, provided it is installed, used, and maintained according to the certification guidelines.
