Dacatie TF 100-150mm Multi Cavity Closer 2.4m

The Dacatie TF 100-150mm Multi Cavity Closer is a versatile and easy-to-use solution for achieving building regulations compliance in cavity widths ranging from 100mm to 150mm. With pre-cut grooves, it simplifies the process of cutting the closer to the desired cavity width, accommodating 100mm, 110mm, 125mm, and 150mm sizes. The closer can be cut to fit the height and width of the cavity opening and easily pushed into place or fixed using Dacatie's DTU fixing ties. It is suitable for second fix applications, with a minimum recommended vertical section height greater than the opening. The ribbed surface of the TF-Multicloser allows for wet plaster or plasterboard attachment. Available in 2.4-metre lengths, it complies with Part L Building Regulations, accepts all window and door frame materials, and features XPS insulation with zero ozone depletion potential.
