I am an existing Sydenhams account holder. How can I access my account on the new Sydenhams eCommerce website?
To access your existing Sydenhams Trade accounts on the new eCommerce site, click on the 'ACCOUNT' icon at the top right of any page. You will be re-directed to the account page, where you'll find two login options: 'Customer Login' and 'Connect Your Existing Trade Account'. Firstly, you will need to link your existing account with the new site. Complete the section 'Connect Your Trade Account' and enter the email address associated with your Sydenhams Account and your Account Number. You will then recieve an Email Confirmation requiring you to Set a Password, Please follow the instructions provided in that email. Once your password has been set, you can log in from the 'Customer Login' section using your relevant email address and new password. If you experince any issues, please contact our Credit Control team at 01202 705010, and we’ll be happy to assist you!    
What types of accounts can I create with Sydenhams?
Sydenhams offers a range of accounts to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. These include Trade Credit, Trade Pay As You Go, Self Build Accounts, and a simple Online-only account for retail customers who aren’t trade customers but would still like to enjoy the benefits of easy access to their transaction history, order tracking, and other useful features. What should I do if I forget my account password?
If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the account page. You'll be asked to enter the email address linked to your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. Just follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account. Should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
How do I apply for an account on the Sydenhams eCommerce site?
To create a Personal Account on our website, simply click on the 'ACCOUNT' icon at the top right of any page. Once you're on the login page, scroll down to the 'New customers' section. Click 'Create an account', fill in your details, and submit – and you’re all set! If you're looking to apply for a Trade Account, just scroll down the 'ACCOUNT' page until you see 'In the trade but don’t have a Sydenhams Trade account? Apply for an Account Today'. Click the 'Apply for an Account Today' link, choose your supplier, and hit 'Apply now'. After reading through the information, complete the form and click 'Submit form' – someone from our team will get in touch with you soon. How can I update my personal details or account information?
If you have a Trade Account, you'll need to contact the credit control team at your branch to have your details updated in the system. For Pay As You Go accounts, once logged in, simply go to the 'ACCOUNT' section to update your personal details, billing/shipping addresses, and other account settings.

How long will it take to receive my online order?
Once you’ve placed your order online, your local branch will get in touch with you within 1-2 working days to arrange a convenient delivery schedule. We strive to ensure that most deliveries are completed within 1-3 working days, depending on the items and location. If you have any queries regarding delivery, you can easily find the contact details for your local branch in the Order Confirmation email you’ll receive after your order is processed, or by using our 'Branches' tool on the website.
Can I make changes to my order after completing the online checkout?
Simply contact your supplying branch as soon as possible. You can confirm which branch is processing your order on your order confirmation email. Every effort will be made to amend your order where possible prior to its delivery or collection though this cannot be guaranteed.
What type of vehicle will be used to deliver my goods from Sydenhams?
The type of vehicle used for your delivery will depend on the nature of the goods you've ordered. Bulky items are typically delivered via a truck with a crane, while smaller items may arrive in a smaller commercial vehicle. If you have any concerns regarding the vehicle size or access issues, please mention them in the comments box at checkout or when contacted by Sydenhams about your delivery.
How can I track the progress of my order?
At this time, we don’t offer direct tracking for orders. However, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Our friendly team at your local branch will keep you updated every step of the way. What is Sydenham's policy for selling items that may be regulated under 'The Offensive Weapons Act 2019' on their website?
Sydenhams restricts the online sale of goods that fall under the provisions of 'The Offensive Weapons Act 2019'. These products are clearly labeled on our website, and we enforce a 'Challenge 25 Policy' for in-branch collections. Please note that these items are not available for delivery through our website, as an additional measure to reinforce and ensure compliance with this policy.
What should I do if I am unable to find the product I am looking for on your website?
If you can't find the product you want on our website, you are advised to contact your local branch. Access our branch contact details by clicking on the 'BRANCHES' Icon at the top of every web page on our site. We have access to thousands of products through our vast network of suppliers, not all of which we keep in every branch or as a stock item. Rest assured, our staff will do everything they can to source what your are looking for!

Our website only shows products that are currently in stock at your selected branch. Once you enter your local branch, you’ll be able to see if the product is available there. What is the process after I place a Click & Collect order on the Sydenhams website?
Once you place a Click & Collect order on the Sydenhams website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will confirm which Sydenhams branch your order has been placed with. It will also advise you to wait for a notification from the store confirming that your item is ready for collection. We strongly recommend that you do not travel to the store until you have received this confirmation. Once you are notified that your order is ready for pickup, please go to the sales office of the designated branch to begin the collection process.
In the unlikely event that some of my Click & Collect items are unavailable, what are my options?
In the unlikely event that some of your Click & Collect items are unavailable, we offer the following options: You can collect the items that are ready, and then pick up the remaining items once you receive a further notification. Alternatively, you can wait for the complete order to be ready and collect everything at once.  Please rest assured, it’s always our goal to ensure you can collect your items as soon as possible.
How long do I have to collect my order if I place a Click & Collect order online?
If you do not collect your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the notification that it is ready for pickup, we will be unable to hold the items and will proceed with issuing a refund for your order. Please note: Kindly wait for the notification confirming that your order is ready for collection before traveling to the branch where your order is placed.

Click and Collect allows you to order products online and pick them up in person at your chosen branch. It's a fast and convenient way to get what you need without waiting for delivery.
How do I use Click and Collect?
