IKO Glass Fibre Underlay 20m

The IKO Glass Fibre Underlay is a waterproofing membrane designed for economical roofing applications. It features a strong glass fibre base coated with oxidised bitumen, providing durability and weather resistance. The underlay is sand finished on both surfaces, making it suitable for use as an intermediate layer in built-up felt roofing systems, fully bonded in hot bitumen. It is also commonly used as an underlay for bitumen shingles in pitched roof applications. This range of IKO glass-fibre roofing membranes complies with the former BS 747: 2000 Type 3B standards, ensuring quality and performance. These cost-effective roofing materials can be applied using hot bonding bitumen or cold bitumen adhesive, offering flexibility in installation methods.
