The Manthorpe Double Pantile Tile Vent is a practical solution for roofspace ventilation and mechanical extraction/soil stack termination in Double Pantile roofs. Designed to replace a single tile, it seamlessly blends into the roofline while effectively addressing ventilation needs. The vent features a 4mm louvred grille and internal weathering geometry, ensuring a consistent airflow of 10,000 mm² while effectively channelling any water ingress away from the vent and onto the roof covering. Its low profile design, integrated sidelock clip, and compatibility with various top tile manufacturers make it a versatile and reliable choice. Independently wind tunnel tested, this vent is suitable for use in roofs with a pitch as low as 20Ë, with the base outlet directly feeding into the roof space.
