Manthorpe Extended Underfloor Ventilator

The Manthorpe Dual Extended Telescopic Underfloor Void Ventilator is specifically designed to provide optimal airflow to insulated suspended floors. With the increasing requirements of building regulations, such as Part L, and the need for greater cavity wall insulation, access to underfloor voids has become more challenging. However, the G965 ventilator overcomes this with its unique features. It offers a vertical telescopic adjustment of 5-8 brick courses without extension sleeves and can bridge through an overall wall thickness of 350mm. The ventilator ensures effective ventilation with its 8,000mm² airflow capacity and is compatible with the Manthorpe Combination Airbrick or traditional clay airbricks.
