Manthorpe Over Fascia Vent 1m

The Manthorpe Over Fascia Vent ensures a continuous airflow between the felt and fascia board, promoting ventilation in the roof space. It is available in two versions, offering either 10,000mm² or 25,000mm² of airflow per metre. With clear fixing points and a smooth leading edge, the vent discreetly sits atop the fascia board beneath the felt. Both versions are equipped with an integral fly-screen to prevent the entry of insects. These vents are compatible with any roof tile or slate, making them versatile for various roofing applications. With a low-profile design, they are easily fixed into the top of the fascia board, contributing to an efficient and effective roofing system.
