Manthorpe Plain Tile Vent

The Manthorpe Plain Tile Vent provides a convenient solution for roofspace ventilation and mechanical extraction/soil stack termination in plain tiled roofs. Installing the vent is straightforward, as it replaces three plain tiles without the need for cutting battens. Its in-line profile ensures a seamless integration into the roofline, maintaining a consistent appearance at any level. With its internal weathering geometry, the vent facilitates a constant airflow of 7,000 mm² while effectively channelling water away from the roof covering. The 4mm louvred grille prevents debris and large nesting insects from entering. It is suitable for roof pitches down to 35Ë and has been independently wind tunnel tested for reliability. The vent features a direct base outlet, providing efficient roof space ventilation.
