The Manthorpe Refurbishment Cavity Tray is a versatile solution designed to provide protection at the junction of a new roof and an existing wall. It is suitable for various applications, including remedial work, new build projects, and cases where the original system is degraded or missing. The tray features integral stop ends and a convenient hook feature that eliminates the need for overlapping, ensuring effective water collection. It also includes a unique front mortar clip, which can be easily removed after the mortar sets to facilitate lead installation. For proper drainage, it is recommended to use a Manthorpe Weep Vent or Manthorpe Peep Weep in each tray.
